Where do I pick up the bike?+
At the entrance of Saint-Malo, or by free delivery to the address of your choice within Saint-Malo.
Do you deliver the bikes?+
Yes, free delivery anywhere in Saint-Malo. Cancale, Dinard and Saint-Coulomb on request.
Are the helmet and lock included?+
Yes: helmet, lock, route map and 7-day support are always included, at no extra cost.
What deposit do you require?+
A deposit is taken for each bike (bank pre-authorisation, not charged). It covers theft and any damage and is fully refunded when the bike is returned in good condition. The amounts are shown per bike on the pricing page.
Am I insured? What happens in case of theft or damage?+
24/7 roadside assistance is included: puncture or technical issue, we come and help you out. During the hire the bike is under your responsibility: theft and damage are covered up to the deposit amount, which is refunded when the bike is returned in good condition. In case of theft we ask for a police report within 48 hours. Damage to third parties is covered by your own civil liability (home insurance).
What range and comfort do the e-bikes offer?+
80 to 120 km in Eco mode (625 Wh battery), enough to ride to Mont Saint-Michel and back. Our e-bikes come with puncture-resistant tyres and a comfort gel saddle as standard. See the electric bikes.
